Humility of Abraham Lincoln

Abraham Lincoln the President of America lived a very simple life and always loved to do his own works. Once a foreign diplomat came to meet the President in his house and without waiting for the President to come out of his drawing room, he entered his drawing room to meet the President urgently. But as he entered he was shocked to see the President polishing his shoes, and so he asked, "What, Mr. President, you are polishing your own shoes?" Lincoln answered without any hesitation, "Yes, I do it myself, my friend! But whose do you polish?" The diplomat was speechless.

Lesson: *"Humility is the mother of all virtues and it begets all the best things in life."*
