Confession Prayer - 1 

Merciful God, We admit that we often wander from the path You have set before us. We have sought our own will instead of Your wisdom, and we have remained silent when we should have spoken for justice. We have allowed our hearts to be clouded by pride and our hands to be slowed by indifference. Forgive us for the times we have failed to love our neighbors as ourselves. Cleanse us from the secret faults we carry and the burdens that hinder our service to others. Guide us back to Your light, so that we may walk in a manner worthy of Your calling, living with integrity and a spirit of true humility. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. 

Confession Prayer - 2

Most merciful God, we confess that we have sinned against you in thought, word, and deed, by what we have done, and by what we have left undone. We have not loved you with our whole heart; we have not loved our neighbors as ourselves. We are truly sorry and we humbly repent. For the sake of your Son Jesus Christ, have mercy on us and forgive us; that we may delight in your will, and walk in your ways, to the glory of your Name. Amen.

Confession Prayer - 3

Gracious God, we admit that we often wander from the path you have set before us. We get caught up in our own ambitions and forget the needs of those around us. We have allowed pride to close our hearts and fear to silence our voices. Wash us clean, O Lord. Renew a right spirit within us, so that we may serve you with joy and follow the example of the Shepherd Leader, walking in humility and love. Amen.
