பட்டப்பகலைப் போல் ஒளிரும் மிஷ்பாத்

இறைமைந்தர் இயேசு கிறிஸ்துவின் திருப்பெயரால் அன்பின் வாழ்த்துகள். 

சங்கீதம் 37 தாவீது தன் வாழ்வின் அனுபவங்களை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டு எழுதியதாகும். தாவீது தன் வாழ்வில் சந்தித்த அநீதிகள், துரோகங்கள் மற்றும் எல்லாப் போராட்டங்களிலும் கடவுள் தம்மை எப்படிக் காப்பாற்றினார், தன்மேல் இருந்த பழிகளை நீக்கி நீதியை எப்படி வெளிப்படுத்தினார் என்ற தன் சொந்த வாழ்க்கை அனுபவத்தையே, தன் முதிர்வயதில் இங்கு ஆலோசனையாகத் தருகிறார்.

சங்கீதம் 37 முழுவதிலும் ஒரு முக்கியமான கேள்வி எழுகிறது:

         "தீமை செய்கிறவர்கள் ஏன் சுகமாக இருக்கிறார்கள்? 

          நீதிமான்கள் ஏன் துன்பப்படுகிறார்கள்?"

இந்தக் கேள்விக்குத் தாவீது கொடுக்கும் பதில்தான் 5 மற்றும் 6 ஆம் வசனங்கள்:

1. கடவுளிடம் ஒப்புவிப்போம்

ஒப்புவித்தல்' என்பதற்கு எபிரேய மொழியில் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள சொல் ‘கோலால்’ (Galal). இதன் நேரடிப் பொருள் "சுமையை உருட்டி விடுவது" (To roll over) என்பதாகும். நமக்குச் சுமக்க முடியாத பாரமான வழியையோ, சூழ்நிலையையோ முழுமையாகத் தேவனுடைய தோள்களின் மேல் உருட்டிவிட்டு நிம்மதியாக இருப்பதை இது குறிக்கிறது. 

2. கடவுளை மட்டும் நம்புவோம்

'நம்புதல்' என்பதைக் குறிக்கும் ‘பாத்தாக்’ (Batach) என்ற சொல்லின் நேரடிப் பொருள் "முழுமையாகச் சாய்ந்து கொள்வது" (To Lean / Trust) ஆகும். ஒரு நாற்காலியிலோ அல்லது பலமான தூணிலோ நம் முழு எடையையும் கொடுத்துச் சாய்ந்து கொள்வது போல, கடவுளை மட்டுமே முற்றிலும் நம்ப வேண்டும். சூழ்நிலைகள் சாதகமாக இல்லாதபோதும் கிரியை செய்யும் கடவுளை நம்பி வாழ்வோம்.

3. கடவுள் பார்வையில் பார்ப்போம்

இங்கு வரும் 'நியாயம்' என்பது எபிரேய மொழியில் மிஷ்பாத் ஆகும். நம்முடைய நியாயமான உரிமைகளும், நீதியான நிலையும் மனிதர்களால் மறுக்கப்பட்டாலும், வழிகாட்டும் மிஷ்பாத்தின் கடவுள் (God of Justice) சரியான நேரத்தில் நியாயத்தையும் நீதியையும் நிலைநாட்டுவார் ( வெளிச்சத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வருவார்). துன்மார்க்கர் வெற்றியடையும் போது, நாம் அதை கடவுளின் பார்வையில் அணுக வேண்டும். அது நிலையானது அல்ல.

நிறைவாக...

நம்முடைய கவலைகள், எதிர்காலத் திட்டங்கள், மனிதர்களால் ஏற்படும் ஏமாற்றங்கள் எதுவாக இருந்தாலும், "சுமையை அவர்மேல் உருட்டிவிட்டு (Galal)" கடவுளை மட்டுமே நம்பிக்கையோடு பற்றிக்கொள்ளும்போது, அவர் நம் பாதைகளைச் செவ்வைப்படுத்தி, நம் நீதியை பட்டப்பகலைப் போல பிரகாசிக்கச் செய்வார்.

Mishpat Shining Like the Noonday

Greetings of love in the holy name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Psalm 37 was written by David based on his own life experiences. In his old age, David offers advice drawn directly from how God saved him through all the injustices, betrayals, and struggles he faced, and how He cleared his name to reveal His righteousness.

Throughout Psalm 37, an important question arises:

 "Why do the wicked prosper? 

Why do the righteous suffer?"

David’s response to this question is found in verses 5 and 6:

1. Commit to God

The Hebrew word used for 'commit' is Galal. Its literal meaning is "to roll over." It refers to completely rolling a burden or situation that is too heavy for us to carry onto God's shoulders and resting in peace.

2. Trust Only in God

The word Batach, used for 'trust', literally means "to lean fully upon." Just as we rest our entire weight on a chair or a sturdy pillar, we must put our complete trust in God alone. Let us live trusting in God who works even when circumstances are unfavorable.

3. See from God's Perspective

The word 'justice' used here is Mishpat in Hebrew. Even if our fair rights and rightful position are denied by people, the God of Justice (Mishpat) will bring justice and righteousness to light at the right time. When the wicked seem to succeed, we must view it from God's perspective—their success is temporary.

In Conclusion...

Whatever our worries, future plans, or disappointments caused by people may be, when we "roll our burdens onto Him (Galal)" and cling to God in complete faith, He will make our paths straight and make our righteousness shine like the noonday sun.
